Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Sales are made exclusively to consumers as defined by § 13 BGB (German Civil Code).

Order Process and Conclusion of Contract
By placing an order through the online shop, you submit a binding offer to purchase the items in your shopping cart. The contract is concluded once we confirm your order via email.
Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are stated in euros and include the statutory VAT. Shipping costs are displayed separately during the order process.

Delivery Terms
We deliver exclusively to the Frankfurt, Offenbach, Hanau, and Aschaffenburg areas. Alternatively, you can pick up your order directly from us.
Delivery costs and times are indicated during the order process.
Right of Withdrawal
Food products and perishable goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 2 BGB). For other products, the statutory right of withdrawal applies, as described in our refund policy.
Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. Please check the delivered items upon receipt and notify us of any damage or issues.
Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limit our liability to foreseeable damages.
Final Provisions
If any provision of these T&Cs is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
German law applies.
