We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note: Food products, including snack boxes and perishable goods, are excluded from returns.
Important Notice: For hygiene and safety reasons, food products cannot be returned via mail. As these products are perishable, there is a risk of damage or spoilage during transportation, making safe further processing impossible. We appreciate your understanding that returns for food products are not accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
